On October 6th, “Celebrating the 69th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China, the 9th session of Global Sustainable Development Forum on Water Resources: The Belt and Road Water Resources Development Strategy cum Celebrating the 21st Anniversary of Hong Kong's Return to China, International Cultural and Art Gala” was held in the Grand Hall of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center where more than 3,000 people participated along with global live broadcasting. The representatives of the heads of state and diplomats to China from 25 countries gathered to exchange opinions, to summarise the history of water development, to advocate a road of green and peaceful development, and to build a community of human destiny

On 20th June 2018, The UN’s High-Level International Conference on Water Decade for Action “Water for Sustainable Development”, 2018-2028 was open in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, where Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest Group is one of the partners of the Conference. A delegation led by Dato’ Sri Prof. Ng, Tat-yung Member of International Steering Committee, Datin Sri Dr. Ng, Tsz- yan Irys Chair of Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest Group of Hong Kong and Mr. Miao Gengshu Vice Chair of the Group, attended the Conference. H.E. Emomali Rahmon President of Tajikistan, H.E. Miroslav Lajčák President of the UN Assembly and H.E. Liu Zhenmin the United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Economic and Social Affairs addressed speeches at the opening ceremony with over 1000 representatives of 172 countries and international NGOs.

On 20th August 2017, the grand public charity event for celebration of the 16th Anniversary of World Trade United Foundation and the 4th Anniversary of World Trade United Foundation (Europe & America)-- The 7th “Water Resources and Sustainable Development Forum” and The Budding Lei World Tour Concert (USA) of Shine Yang was solemnly held in Los Angeles. Hosted by World Trade United Foundation (“WTUF”), undertaken by Hong Kong Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest Group and Gold Scepter Culture Media Ltd, and exclusively sponsored by Hong Kong Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest Group, the activity attracted over 1200 people including political and business elite, community leaders and overseas Chinese from China and U.S. to cooperate the grand occasion together, setting another record among overseas Chinese communities.

On 6th August, jointly hosted by World Trade United Foundation (“WTUF”) and United Chinese Commerce Association of Australia, and exclusively sponsored by Hong Kong Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest Group, “The Belt and Road Water Resources and Sustainable Development Forum—Culture & Arts Gala” for celebration of the 45th Anniversary of China- Australia Diplomatic Relations was solemnly held in Melbourne. Over 500 people including political leaders, community leaders and business elite from Australia attended the activity.

On 5th July, “Culture andArt Gala for China- R.O.K Scientific and Technological Innovation, Culture and Art Development Forum cum The Belt and Road Sustainable Development Forum on Water Resources” for The 25th Anniversary of Establishment of China- South Korea Diplomatic Relations was solemnly held in Sheraton Hotel in Seoul, South Korea. Over 300 political and business leaders, community leaders and elite from all walks of life such as Chairman Dato’ Sri Prof. Ng, Tat-yung, Founder of World Trade United Foundation, Zo Jung Sik, Chairman of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Committee of National Assembly of Republic of Korea; Yoon Kwan Seok, Member of National Assembly of Republic of Korea; Kang Beum Dea, Vice Chairman of Policy Committee of South Korea's Ruling Party, gathered together.

On 20th December, Hon. Bruce Atkinson MLC, President of the Legislative Council of Victoria, Australia, Cheng Lu, Vice Chairman of the 9th All- China Federation of Industry and Commerce, President of the Association for Promotion of West China Research and Development, Li Shixiong, former Vice Chairman of CPPCC Shenzhen Committee and so on visited Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest Intelligent Technology Ltd under the Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest Group and officiated over the unveiling ceremony of “Celebration for the 44th Anniversary of China- Australia Diplomatic Relations; The Belt and Road Innovation Environmental Technology Alliance, Atmospheric Water Generation Technology R&D and Demonstration Center, and The Belt and Road Atmospheric Water Generation Technology Committee”.

On 12th December, Li Wuwei, Vice Chairman of the 11th CPPCC National Committee, Father of Chinese creative industry and famous economist, visited Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest Shenzhen Company and hosted the launching ceremony of the “Sustainable Development Committee on Water Resources”, “Demonstration Base for Sustainable Development on Water Resources”, and “Think Tank for Sustainable Development on Water Resources”

On 9th November 2016,  Sustainable Development Forum on Water Resources in China & Strategic Alliance Press Conference was solemnly held at Shangri-La Hotel in Beijing. The forum was jointly organised by West China Economic and Trade Research Institute of The Association for Promotion of West China Research and Development, China Academy of Management Science Companies Administration Innovation Institution and  Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest Group of Hong Kong.
