On the afternoon of 20th December, Hon. Bruce Atkinson MLC, President of the Legislative Council of Victoria, Australia, Cheng Lu, Vice Chairman of the 9th All- China Federation of Industry and Commerce, President of the Association for Promotion of West China Research and Development, Li Shixiong, former Vice Chairman of CPPCC Shenzhen Committee and so on visited Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest Intelligent Technology Ltd under the Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest Group and officiated over the unveiling ceremony of “Celebration for the 44th Anniversary of China- Australia Diplomatic Relations; The Belt and Road Innovation Environmental Technology Alliance, Atmospheric Water Generation Technology R&D and Demonstration Center, and The Belt and Road Atmospheric Water Generation Technology Committee”.

On the evening, the Alliance announced that representatives from the four regions of three countries- China Mainland, Hong Kong, US, and Australia, Cheng Lu, Executive Vice Chairman and Director General of the 9th All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and President of the Association for Promotion of West China Research and Development, Hon. Bruce Atkinson MLC, President of the Legislative Council of Victoria, Australia, Dato’ Sri Prof. Ng, Tat-yung, Chairman of Cross-Straits Cultural Exchange Association and Hong Kong- Macao-Taiwan Cultural Exchange Association, Zhang Xinqi, Vice Chairman of North America Chinese Alliance of Commerce Association, Dr. Johnny Ip, Executive Chairman of World Trade United Foundation, Wu Songda, Co-chairman of the Chinese Masonic Society Melbourne Lodge, Lu Jiancheng, President of United Chinese Commerce Association of Australia, Datin Sri Dr. Ng, Tsz-yan Irys, Chairperson of the Board of Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest Group, Dr. Huang Chixiong, President of Kowloon Chamber of Commerce, etc jointly launched the alliance with the witness of over 300 guests from various sectors of life.

This event was jointly organized by Hong Kong Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest Group, World Trade United Foundation, the Association for Promotion of West China Research and Development, North America Chinese Alliance of Commerce Association, United Chinese Commerce Association of Australia, Hong Kong-Macao- Taiwan Cultural Exchange Association, and Cross-Straits Cultural Exchange Association. The extraordinary technology vision show, as well as the wonderful performance of Shine Yang, a famous singer, and Moergen, a Mongolian singer had made the banquet reach one and another climax. The great initiative of “The Belt and Road” put forward by President Xi Jinping is to, construct the “Silk Road Economic Belt” and “21st Century Maritime Silk Road” and based on the existing multilateral mechanism and regional cooperation platforms between China and relevant countries, actively develop the economic partnerships with the countries along the road. By building a community of common interest, common destiny, and common responsibility for political mutual trust, economic integration and cultural embracement, so as to promote the economic development and peaceful exchanges of the countries involved.

Dato’ Sri Prof. Ng, Tat-yung, Chairman of Cross-Straits Cultural Exchange Association and Hong Kong-Macao-Taiwan Cultural Exchange Association and inventor of “Atmospheric Water Generator”, said that according to by Ministry of Environmental Protection, the annual water resources of these regions only account for 35.7% of the world, but the annual water exploitation reaches 66.5%. Meanwhile, they use more than 60% of the chemical fertilizer in the world. Therefore, they’re facing a higher pressure of water resources and water environment than the average level in the world. Thus, the founding of The Belt and Road Innovation Environmental Technology Alliance does not only symbolize the resolution of driving green “Belt and Road”, but also brings new opportunities for green and ecological regional development, environmental protection and international cooperation.

Chairman Cheng Lu said that currently some countries have been facing water shortage. As the climate change goes worse, the water crisis will be more acute. In the past, the major countries competed for oil, but in future they will compete for water. The atmospheric water generation technology of Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest will help address the issue and make contributions to human health. Since China’s trading volume reaches USD 10 Trillion and investment volume reaches USD 1 Trillion, with the signing of free trade agreement of China and Australia, the bilateral relations of China and Australia will get better development. He hoped that the founding of The Belt and Road Innovation Environmental Technology Alliance could build a green development and cooperation platform to promote the exchanges and cooperation among the countries and regions along the Belt and Road in terms of water and environmental technology, so as to move toward a green future of sustainable growth.

Hon. Bruce Atkinson MLC, President of the Legislative Council of Victoria, Australia, said in his speech that the past 44 years had witnessed the great development of China-Australia bilateral relations since established of diplomatic ties between the two countries. In particular, the “Belt and Road” initiative and China- Australia Free Trade Agreement will bring more opportunities of win- win development not only for China, but also Asia- Pacific countries and Oceanic counties. He hoped that the research and development of the innovative technology of the Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest could benefit more countries and regions including Australia, and make more contributions for driving world harmonious development and building an environmental-friendly society.
